Every girl probably has a Touche Éclat in her make up bag (three are sold every minute in the UK) and YSL are hoping to cash in on its popularity by launching a new YSL foundation called Le Teint Touche Éclat.
According to WWD, the new foundation contains ‘”soft-focus gel” with a translucent texture said to smooth imperfections while ensuring skin’s colour purity, a ‘fluid light concentrate’ with gold-coloured pigments and supple lamella lying side-by-side to form a film that reflects — yet doesn’t modify — light.’
Sounds impressive. The patent protected formula took 10 years of research to conceive and it’s said to give a natural-looking yet sophisticated, dewy and luminous complexion.
The campaign is fronted by Jourdan Dunn and Ginta Lapina and the foundation will be available in 22 wide-ranging shades. We love that they have a black and white model in the advertising.
Le Teint Touche Éclat prelaunch will start on June 28 at Selfridges in London and will be available throughout the UK from July 9.
Will you be trying it?

Is your new foundation suitable for 50+
Their website says it’s suitable for all ages.
There is no accent on the word “Touche.” hope you can correct the product name here.
Oops! Thanks for spotting that.
Most definitely, I’m intrigued to see what it’s like. Hopefully they’ll have plenty of samples. I need to test it before investing.
