To be honest, we’re not the type to wax lyrical about deodorant / antiperspirant. What’s there to say? Unless it’s spectacularly terrible, we find most deodorants do a pretty good job in keeping you dry and nice smelling.
Although, during one particularly ‘lean’ month, we purchased an unrecognisable brand of deodorant from the pound shop. Never again!
So we were a little reticent when asked to try the latest Dove product – what could we say without sounding like a rehash of the press release?
In all fairness, the press release was pretty informative – the deodorant gives 48 hour protection and moisturisation and is enriched with Dead Sea minerals. We will have to take their word for it re the 48 hour claim – that’s a test we’re not willing to try! That said, after an intense 55 minute INSANITY workout, everything is still nice and fresh.
The reason we decided to write about Dove Natural Touch Roll On is because the deodorant feels so smooth and lovely when applying. It’s so soft on the skin and doesn’t create a puddle of liquid in your underarms like some brands can. It almost feels like baby powder on your skin if that makes sense?
We have been pretty loyal to Sure over the years but we’re switching allegiance – it’s all about Dove Natural Touch Roll On.
