I’m a bit of a fan of eye shadow palettes. I find them cheaper than individual pots and the colours have usually been paced together because they are complimentary to each other so I was curious to see how the Clarins Odyssey Eye Palette would fare on dark skin.
This limited edition palette from Clarins has gift written all over it but I think it’s perfect now for those who like a more neutral look. The brown, beige and taupe bronze can be worn individually or blended together and the two edged applicator has a sponge end which you can use wet for a more intense look.
The palette comes with handy instructions so even the most make up challenged of us can apply the shadow with success. I’d go easy with the gold leaf shadow as it is very vibrant; it really adds some sparkle to your eyes. I would leave it out of your every day make up look but it’s perfect for a party/special routine.
The other colours are very complimentary to all shades of brown skin if you want a natural smoky eye look.
Will you be trying the Clarins Limited Edition Odyssey Eye Quarter Mineral Palette?

I buy Clarins skincare all the time and I love it but I have never considered their make up. Well except a mascara but these shades look very nice. Very earthy and natural.
